Online Coching Package

Online Coaching, is perfect for busy women who don't have the time for 1-1 sessions or just need the extra accountability/structure for their training.

 

This Package includes- full access to my App where you will find your personalised workout programs and a nutrition guides tailored to you and you specific goals & with weekly check ins via whatsapp to discuss your current training, nutrition and to keep you on track with your goals:)

1-1 Personal training package

The 1-1 package is our most popular plan! This is for Women who arnt 100% sure where to start and have never been in the gym before, or for those who need an extra push and total focus during sessions.

 

This Package includes- weekly 1-1 personal training sessions where we will work towards your goals with variety of training types by learning correct form while using free weights, learning the importance of adding functional workouts into your training and sooo much more!! 

 

You will also gain full access to my App where you will find your personalised workout programs and a nutrition guides tailored to you and you specific goals & with weekly check ins via whatsapp to discuss your current training, nutrition and to keep you on track with your goals:)

 

PAIRED PT PACKAGE'S

This Package includes- weekly 2-1 personal training sessions where we will work towards your goals with variety of training types by learning correct form while using free weights, learning the importance of adding functional workouts into your training and sooo much more!! 

 

Train with your Bestie or Be matched with somebody with similar goals!

GROUP PT

Join my group PT sessions! These sessions are in groups of 4-6 where you will be matched with other girls with similar goals! This is a great way to get to know other girls in the gym and feel more confident as you're all here for the same reason! - These sessions are circuit based, with a different focus each week- e.g.

 week 1- BOOTY GAINS

Week 2- UPPER BODY STRENGTH

week 3 - full body functional

I've never been confident with my body/figure, Buuuuut with the help of my amazing PT I now feel so much more confident and happy with my body never did I think I would ever say that!! Mads has been amazing she's pushed me to my limits which I needed and also puts up with my moaning in our sessions when I'm complaining "I can't do it" when she knows full well I can ! - I now have a healthy relationship with food and the gym. 9 months ago I wouldn't have even stepped foot into a gym on my own and now I go at least 5 times a week train. it just shows anyone can do it! so if you have a goal it can be reached you just have to push yourself!!!🤩 🤩

Mads has pushed me and given me so much support in such a small space of time so far! I now absolutely Love the gym and now train almost everyday!!! I am so thankful for how amazing mads has been throughout my process and has really challenged me. My diet was one of my biggest issues o had before I started PT but Maddie has really given me the knowledge I needed.
